  Nicolás is a lawyer from the Universidad de La Sabana, a specialist in International Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes, and is studying a Master's Degree in Private Law from this same institution.   His professional practice has recently focused on representing foreign investors for M&A of medical cannabis companies, acting as general attorney for these companies. He is an expert in regulatory affairs for medicinal and scientific cannabis in Colombia and is a compliance officer for the regulations applicable to this sector.
  
  Nicolas Alviar is the legal representative of foreign investors in their investment processes, establishment of foreign companies, and acquisition of companies in Colombia, among which are: LinScan, Uhomie, operator Tourasabache, among others.
